Dr. Bill Mathis

Dr. Mathis holds a Ph.D. in Clinical/Industrial Psychology from the University of North Dakota at Grand Forks, a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Portland in Oregon and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry/Biology and Psychology from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington. His forty years working as a consultant in the public sector has been the fulfillment of a dream to work on, not in, government.

With two California office locations in Napa and Rancho Cucamonga, the Mathis Group is supported by a two-person office administration team. To provide the best possible service to his clients in every location, Dr. Mathis has assembled a top notch lineup of experts including psychologists, City Managers, personnel directors, attorneys and more.

Engaging the skills of these highly specialized individuals on a per-contract basis allows Mathis Group to customize its approach for each project, delivering maximum value for the client’s investment.
