2013 City Manager’s Department Meeting

Dr. Mathis will join veteran city managers Patricia Martel and Wade McKinney at the 2014 League of CA Cities, City Managers Department Meeting to moderate a discussion covering one of the least talked about, most painful topics in the management profession- when a colleague undermines you. The session, titled “Undermined by your own Colleagues: Lessons and Recovery,” will take place on Wednesday, February 5 from 3:30-5 pm.
